EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND Educated in London, England; City of London College; English Chartered Accountant.

Attended courses on various aspects of Family Law and Litigation, Support Services given by American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, California C.P.A. Foundation, Los Angeles, and California Bar Association, U.C.L.A., and other local universities, California Law Reporter, etc.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND Chartered Accountant, England, 1974. Admitted to practice as Certified Public Accountant in State of California 1981.

Since 1982, specialization in litigation support matters, including family law, the appraisal of tangible and intangible assets of businesses and professional practices.

Since 1982, qualified as an expert appraiser and witness before Superior Court in Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, Ventura, and San Bernardino Counties.

Involvement in over 2,000 litigation and family law matters, including being appointed joint, and §730 Court appointments.

Five years experience in United Kingdom, including Ernst & Whinney (Big 8 C.P.A. Firm)

Associate member of Beverly Hills, San Fernando Valley, and Los Angeles Bar Associations.

Past member of Planning Committee of the California Society of C.P.A.'s Marital Dissolution Conference.
